Founding of my own consulting firm, GDC Axel Rothe

Transdev projects, establishment of new projects. With the establishment of my own consulting firm, GDC Axel Rothe in Cambodia, I pursue a simple + promising idea. I utilize global internet infrastructures and the capabilities of MS to provide competitive daily rates to my clients in Germany, Southeast Asia, and the APAC region.
Team Leader at Transdev GmbH: Leading D365 FO Projects, Setup, and Support
5 years as an internal Dynamics Finance consultant and team leader for two different teams at times. My responsibilities included testing, implementing, training, improving, and redefining processes. I also established and led an internal D365 team.
In an international environment, I advanced, implemented, and configured Dynamics 365 FO. I support 550 users from 60 companies, conducted split and migration projects. I applied Power BI and defined reports and KPIs.

Handling the main accounting of a large company and a significant project success that allowed promota GmbH to achieve substantial cost savings in the millions. This phase enabled me to learn the modern working methods of a corporation and was a crucial transitional period on my path to joining the Transdev Group.

During this phase, I established my own accounting and payroll office, gaining extensive experience as a self-employed accountant. My scope of work included accounting, payroll and construction payroll processing, as well as business consulting for various clients, including family-owned craft businesses and companies. During this period, I also had the responsibility of managing my employees and apprentices.
